A customer approached us in 2019 with a power bill of about $800 per quarter. They said to us that they wanted to be able to reduce their power bill as much as possible. We had a look at the customers roof structure which was relatively flat so we advised it would be best to tilt the panels towards the north for the best results. Most solar panels are required to be installed at a minimum pitch of 10 degrees so if the roof is flat tilt legs are required to maintain compliance with manufacturers specifications. The customers installation has since seen them in credit on their power bill and they expect to pay the system off in less than two years. This customers power bill was recently in credit at $400 meaning that quarter they saved approximately $1,200. Need to get copy of customers bill and photo of installation.
